We were delighted to host the Great Athlete Event at school, where Steve Frew led an exciting circuit training session for our KS5 students. Students had the opportunity to raise sponsorship money through their participation, which will be used to purchase new sports equipment for the school.

Steve has had an impressive sporting career, representing Great Britain at two World Championships and Scotland at five Commonwealth Games. He also made history at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester by winning Scotland’s first Commonwealth Games Gymnastics Gold Medal. The event was a fantastic experience that inspired our students to stay active, challenge themselves, and enjoy physical activity.
