Here at Lancaster we aim to achieve the absolute best for all our students.
FEEDBACK:
We try to meet everyone's needs in the best way possible, but sometimes we need your help. If you feel you need to leave some feedback to help guide us with your child, this is acceptable and can be done so using the method stated at the bottom.
COMPLAINTS:
We try our best to help everyone. This includes students, staff and parents. If you feel that you or anyone is or has been mistreated/misspoken to or if you feel the need to complain, please feel free to by using the method stated at the bottom. Remember, when complaining, please be respectful and understand that all complaints are valid and will be treated accordingly.
Compliments:
All of us here at Lancaster try our absolute best to ensure high learning, comfort and safety in our school. Our staff work exceptionally hard to go above and beyond. We fully welcome any compliments to any member of staff or any particular department. We all work hard and a compliment will go a long way to ensure that the staff are appreciated for their efforts.
